From relaxed, drinks-led grazing to indulgent, celebratory dining, we build our menus for sharing, showcasing bold flavours, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful cooking throughout. Whether you’re joining us for a casual gathering or marking something special, we are tiered to suit every occasion.

A relaxed and sociable introduction to the OXTWO experience, perfect for casual gatherings, drinks-led celebrations and easy-going evenings with friends.

Guests are welcomed with marinated Gordal olives, spelt sourdough, smoked whipped lardo, charcuterie and sun-blush tomato tapenade, a generous spread designed for sharing and settling in. This is followed by a selection of small plates, including rich sobrasada and morcilla croquettes with roast applesauce, alongside charred red pepper pintxos with black garlic and goat’s curd, bringing bold flavour and a touch of indulgence to the table. To finish, an artisan cheese board is served with membrillo and biscuits.

This tier includes £15 per person on food and offers a simple, flavour-driven way to experience OXTWO’s style of dining.

TIER 1 WINE TASTING

A more elevated selection designed for guests looking for something a little more indulgent. Alongside a generous spread to begin, this tier offers a choice of refined small plates that showcase bold flavours, seasonal ingredients, and the style of the OXTWO kitchen.

Guests will enjoy marinated Gordal olives, spelt sourdough, smoked whipped lardo, and sunblush tomato tapenade to start, followed by a selection of dishes such as tuna tartare tostada with compressed watermelon and black sesame; Hereford cured beef with pickled kohlrabi, beef fat rosti, and red miso; wild mushroom and Old Winchester arancini with truffle mayonnaise; Merrifield duck liver parfait with brioche and pear and vanilla chutney; Parmesan shortbread with whipped feta, confit tomato, and pickled walnut; and Fowey mussel and prawn croquette with rose harissa aioli and bronze fennel. To finish, artisan cheeses are served with membrillo and biscuits.

TIER 3 WINE TASTING 

£150 per person

Our most premium offering, designed for those looking to create a truly memorable dining experience. This tier brings together elevated ingredients, refined techniques, and a sense of occasion from start to finish.

Guests begin with marinated Gordal olives, spelt sourdough, smoked whipped lardo and sun-blush tomato tapenade before moving into a delicate amuse-bouche of roast Cornish scallop with smoked ham, champagne sauce, lovage and brown shrimp — setting the tone for what’s to come.

A curated selection of small plates follows, with dishes such as roasted red peppers with goat’s curd, hazelnuts and black garlic; Merrifield duck liver parfait with brioche and pear and vanilla chutney; and confit sea trout with cucumber and dill gazpacho, horseradish and new potatoes.

The centrepiece of the experience is a generous sharing course of Hereford sirloin of beef on the bone, served with roast Roscoff onions, beef shin chips and celeriac dauphinoise, alongside chicory, fennel and candied walnut salad, chimichurri and sauce béarnaise.

To finish, an artisan cheese board is served with membrillo and biscuits.

This tier includes £50 per person on food and is perfectly suited to celebrations, private dining and occasions where you want to offer something truly exceptional.
